A. LeDuc Developments 1983 Ltd. also known as LeDuc Asphalt Milling is located a few minutes South of Calgary, Alberta. LeDuc Developments has been a proud supplier of essential asphalt milling services for over 35 years. Our specialized services help to maintain and preserve Alberta’s highways, airports and commercial and private spaces, contributing to the global goal to ‘Green our Roadways’. The family Owner / Operators, are brothers Greg and Brad LeDuc and sister Pam Bergen, who have deep lifetime roots in the road construction business, learning the ropes alongside their father, the late Gus LeDuc Sr., who founded LeDuc Paving in British Columbia in the early 1950s.
Equipment Fleet
LeDuc Developments has an impressive fleet of 14 milling machines, supported by an extended fleet of tractors, trailers, sweepers, trucks, and skid steers, operated by a highly experienced and dedicated team. A new Wirtgen KMA 220 Cold Recycler Plant and Tesab Crusher, used to recycle and re-process RAP and mix Soil Cement, is the latest addition to our extensive line-up.

Safety Focused
Safety is a priority in all elements of the company operations. LeDuc has followed and adopted the safety standards set out by the COR certification program, administered by the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA), and has been certified since 1993. The company philosophy embraces a safety culture of “Know Safety, No Accidents”. The safety goals of “no harm to its people, the public, its property and the environment” are achieved through training, job safety analysis, innovation, and constant awareness.
Recycled Asphalt Pavement
An exciting recent addition to our company services is Asphalt Cold Recycling, a highly cost effective, environmentally friendly, asphalt rejuvenation process. 100% Recycled Asphalt Product (RAP) is rejuvenated at its recycling facilities by the injection and mixing of RAP with Reclamite® Preservative Seal, a cold-blended oil. This product releases significantly less atmospheric hydrocarbon emissions than the traditional hot asphalt practice and results in cost savings of up to 40% over new pavement.
